Description
At the Fairchild plant in Hagerstown, Maryland, the Women's Auxiliary Ferrying Squadron (WAFS) assemble to pick up PT-19s to ferry to Air Force bases. Dressed in winter flying gear they are briefed by Control Officer, Captain Frank. Standing next to Captain Framk, from left to right, are:
